Tigo Sanchez — practice
Draft — legal text to be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction before publication. Terms

Terms of use & commercial conditions

These terms govern the use of tigosanchez.com and the requests, bookings, licences and projects that start from it. They are a legal document, separate from the editorial copy of the site.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the website tigosanchez.com, to every request submitted through it and to the services, products, licences and bespoke projects agreed as a result. Where a specific offer, quotation or written agreement contains its own conditions, those conditions prevail for that offer.

2. Operator identity

The site is operated by Tigo Sanchez, Berlin, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. VAT ID (USt-IdNr.): DE442439480.

Legal operator name and business address: [to be completed before publication]

Full identification details are on the Impressum.

3. Services and products

The catalog describes commissioned creative services (photography, film, visual direction, brand and strategy work), journeys and scouting, advisory, digital and Web3 entry work, sound work, licensing of existing images, private sourcing and bespoke projects. Each offer page states what is being purchased or reserved, who it is for, what is included, the format, location, lead time, pricing state and booking mechanism.

4. Product descriptions

Offer pages are described as accurately as possible. Deliverables, quantities and durations shown on an offer page are indicative until confirmed in writing for a specific request. Images on the site illustrate the practice and are not a promise of an identical result.

5. Requests and qualification

Submitting a request through the site is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. Every request is reviewed for brief, timing, location and fit before a next step is proposed. A match is never promised before qualification.

6. Pricing

Prices and pricing states shown on offer pages are the current values at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed in writing for a specific request. Scope-dependent elements are quoted after the brief.

7. Taxes

Taxes are stated on the quotation and on the invoice.

Whether published prices are net or gross of VAT, the VAT scheme applied and the treatment of clients outside Germany: [to be completed before publication]

8. Booking and RSVP

Once the project, timing and location have been matched, the window is held and the next step is the RSVP.

RSVP: 30%

The RSVP fee secures the agreed window. The remaining balance is invoiced according to the confirmation for the specific project.

Payment methods, invoicing and payment terms for the balance: [to be completed before publication]

9. Availability and matching

Availability labels shown in the Foyer and on offer pages (OPEN, LIMITED, BY REQUEST, MATCH REQUIRED, WAITLIST, CLOSED) describe the current state of an offer and are not a guarantee of availability on a given date. Some offers depend on where the practice is at the time; a request may be matched to a window that differs from the one first proposed.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation / refund terms:

within 7 days: 100% refundable
within 10 days: 80% refundable
within 15 days: 50% refundable
from day 16: RSVP fee retained

Reference point for the day count (from RSVP payment or before the agreed date) and cancellation by the operator: [to be completed before publication]

11. Refunds

Refunds follow the cancellation terms above.

All terms remain subject to applicable consumer law and the specific product / booking conditions.

Refund processing time and method: [to be completed before publication]

12. Travel and third-party expenses

Travel, transfers, food, accommodation and related expenses remain separate unless explicitly included and are calculated through return to the applicable EU base or Morocco.

For journeys, sourcing and access work, purchases, shipping, duties and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in the confirmation.

13. Digital products

Digital deliverables (image files, films, documents, direction documents, web pages) are delivered in the formats and by the channel agreed in the confirmation. The client is responsible for storing delivered files after delivery.

Availability period of download links and re-delivery conditions: [to be completed before publication]

14. Licensing and intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, copyright in photographs, films, designs, texts and other works created by Tigo Sanchez remains with Tigo Sanchez. The client receives a licence for the use defined in the confirmation (intended use, territory, duration and media). Archive images are licensed individually according to intended use, territory, duration and media. Usage rights for synthetic images are defined by the project.

Use beyond the agreed licence requires a new written agreement.

Reference / portfolio use of delivered work by the operator: [to be completed before publication]

15. Physical products

Objects sourced through private sourcing are handled individually, with attention to provenance, context, condition and logistics where available. Purchases, shipping, duties and third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included.

Transfer of risk, shipping responsibility and conditions for physical items: [to be completed before publication]

16. Bespoke projects

Private and bespoke projects start with a conversation. The format, scope, price and conditions are defined after the brief and confirmed in writing. Until that confirmation nothing in these terms obliges either side to proceed.

17. Delivery

Delivery dates and lead times stated on offer pages are operational guidance, not fixed deadlines, until confirmed in writing for a specific project. Delivery depends on the client providing briefs, access, approvals and materials in time.

18. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the brief, for obtaining permissions for locations, people and materials the client brings to the project, for timely approvals and for the lawful use of delivered work.

19. Wallet / Web3-specific responsibility

For Web3 entry work (digital identity, wallet setup guidance, ENS-style identity, Web3 page) Tigo Sanchez does not retain ownership or control of the client's wallet after handover. The client must follow secure wallet and credential practices. Smart contracts, tokens, NFT systems, airdrops, DAOs and advanced on-chain structures are separate work. Tigo Sanchez provides no financial, investment or tax advice.

20. Liability

Liability is governed by the applicable statutory rules. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Liability wording for the applicable jurisdiction: [to be completed before publication]

21. Consumer rights

If the client is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the client's country of residence apply and are not affected by these terms.

22. Withdrawal rights where applicable

Statutory right of withdrawal, its exceptions (services begun with consent, bespoke goods, date-bound leisure services) and the model withdrawal form: [to be completed before publication]

23. Privacy reference

Personal data submitted through the site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

24. Governing law

Governing law and place of jurisdiction: [to be completed before publication]
